Great For Paraffin Sections
We applied this antibody to immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections to study DPYSL2 distribution. The staining was specific and clean, allowing us to visualize the protein's localization in tissue samples effectively.
Specific C-terminal Binding
This clone, DB, was raised against a peptide from the C-terminal domain of DPYSL2. It works very well in Western Blot analysis, recognizing the protein accurately in our neuronal cell lysates.
