Successful Western Blot Detection
We used this antibody to investigate the expression of Protein Phosphatase 1 beta. It successfully detected the target in our Western Blot assays. The clone EDT seems very specific to the human PPP1CB antigen.
Specific To Catalytic Subunit
This recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody is excellent for studying the catalytic subunit of PP1. We found it to be a robust reagent for our immunoassay techniques, providing reproducible results across different experimental replicates.
