Effective For PTCH1 Analysis
We used the EML647 clone for Western Blot analysis of the Patched 1 receptor. It recognized the recombinant fragment corresponding to amino acids 841-941. The results were clean, helping us study this hedgehog receptor pathway.
Good Batch Consistency
This recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody has shown good batch-to-batch consistency in our lab. We use it for detecting PTCH1 in various lysates, and the protein G purification ensures we are working with a high-quality reagent.
