Recombinant Rabbit anti-IGSF8 monoclonal antibody for ELISA, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Superior Results In ELISA
We chose this Hi-Affi recombinant rabbit antibody for our ELISA assays targeting IGSF8. The sensitivity and specificity were superior to other antibodies we had tried previously. The recombinant technology used for its production clearly results in a high-affinity reagent that is free from the variations often seen with traditional ascitic fluid products.
Consistent High Purity Antibody
The purity of this antibody, determined to be greater than 95%, was evident in the clean background of our assays. We used it to detect mouse IGSF8, and the clone SI315DS worked perfectly at the recommended concentration. It is a high-quality reagent that has become standard in our lab for investigating the EWI-2 protein family.
