Anti-IL13RA1 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The antibody antagonists which bind to human interleukin-13 receptor alpha 1 through domain 3 of the extracellular region of the receptor and inhibit IL-13 receptor-mediated signaling by IL-13. These antibodies have uses inter alia in the treatment or prevention of IL-13-related disorders and diseases, such as allergic disorders and asthma.
