Anti-Human IL13RA1 Recombinant Antibody (CAT#: TAB-396CL)
Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human IL13RA1. The antibody antagonists which bind to human interleukin-13 receptor alpha 1 through domain 3 of the extracellular region of the receptor and inhibit IL-13 receptor-mediated signaling by IL-13. These antibodiess have uses inter alia in the treatment or prevention of IL-13-related disorders and diseases, such as allergic disorders and asthma.
