Mouse Anti-KLB Recombinant Antibody (TAB-1251CL)

This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes Beta klotho (KLB, a single-pass type I membrane protein). KLB is mainly expressed in liver, pancreas and adipose tissue. This antibody could induce intracellular signaling transduction in human and cynomolgus monkey, which leads to ERK and then Elk1 phosphorylation. Binding affinity measurements were made in Biacore-based assays, KD values of this mAb to human KLB and cynomolgus monkey KLB are about 1 pM and 0.72 nM respectively.
