Effective For Nuclear Staining
We utilized this recombinant mouse antibody for immunocytochemistry assays to visualize KLF2 distribution in endothelial cells. The nuclear staining was distinct and specific, which greatly assisted our study on transcription factors. The product stability at 4°C for short periods was also convenient for our daily workflow.
Reliable Flow Cytometry Results
This clone 36H5 antibody performed exceptionally well in our flow cytometry experiments. We observed a clear signal separation when analyzing KLF2 expression levels in manipulated cell lines. The purity, stated as greater than 95%, likely contributed to the low background noise we experienced during data acquisition.
