Anti-Laminin-332 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The antibodies against various domains of laminin-332 reduce the adhesion and matrix binding properties of laminin-332, inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis in vivo. LN-332 is up-regulated in various epithelial cancers, including colon, gastric, mammary duct and squamous cell carcinomas, as well as melanomas, but not in mesenchymal cancers.
