Recombinant monoclonal antibody scFv Fragment expressed in E. coli binding to Human MRC2. The single chain Fv (scFv) that specifically bind the ENDO180 polypeptide are used for treating cell proliferative diseases or disorders and fibrosis, and for controlling (modulating) tumor progression.
