Immunoblots were incubated with specific PorA MAbs, i.e., MN14C11.6, α-P1.7 (a), MN5C11G, α-P1.16 (b), and MN33H7.6, α-loop 5 (c). The numbers of the lanes correspond to the numbers of the strains as listed in Table 2. The arrow in each panel indicates the position of the original PorA P1.7,16.
