Recombinant Rabbit anti-NUP62CL monoclonal antibody for WB, ICC/IF, IP, FC, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

High Affinity Nuclear Stain
The Hi-Affi recombinant technology really makes a difference here. We used this antibody for immunocytochemistry to visualize the nuclear pore complex components. The staining of NUP62CL was crisp and localized exactly where we expected in the nuclear envelope.
Clean Western Blot Bands
This rabbit monoclonal antibody generated very clean results in our western blot experiments. It specifically recognized the NUP62CL protein with no non-specific binding, which is often a challenge with nuclear pore proteins. We are very satisfied with its performance.
