Effective Immunoprecipitation
We used this antibody (clone 29B10) to immunoprecipitate Protein S from human plasma samples. It worked efficiently, pulling down the target protein for further analysis. The antibody's specificity for PROS1 is excellent for these types of interaction studies.
Clear Western Blot Detection
In Western Blot assays, this mouse monoclonal antibody produced clean bands corresponding to Human Protein S. It recognized the antigen well within the amino acid range 81-170. It is a robust tool for studying blood coagulation factors.
