High Specificity For EP4
Finding reliable antibodies for GPCRs can be challenging, but this recombinant mouse antibody worked well for our flow cytometry needs. It specifically recognized the Prostaglandin E2 receptor subtype EP4 in our transfected cell lines, providing clear histograms without significant non-specific binding issues.
Consistent Recombinant Quality
The defined culture media expression system used for this antibody seems to yield a very pure product. We used it primarily for flow cytometry analysis of receptor expression. The consistency between batches allowed us to compare data across different experimental timelines with confidence.
