Useful For Mass Cytometry
Beyond standard flow cytometry, we tested this antibody in mass cytometry (CyTOF) applications. It labeled the CD87 antigen efficiently on the cell surface. The high purity determined by SDS-PAGE gave us confidence that contaminants would not interfere with the sensitive detection methods we employed.
Excellent Neutralization Activity
This rat monoclonal antibody (clone CBL317) was pivotal for our functional studies involving mouse uPAR. It effectively neutralized the bioactivity of the receptor in our cell-based assays. The fact that it is low endotoxin and azide-free makes it ideal for live-cell culture experiments.
