Both MW1 and 3B5H10 IgGs bound to huntingtin exon 1 proteins with normal and expanded polyQ repeats, but did not bind the TRX-tag control (top panels). Equimolar loading of huntingtin exon 1 fusion proteins was verified by blotting with the N17 antibody that recognizes the first 17 residues of huntingtin (bottom panel).
