Detects VapA Specificity
We investigate Rhodococcus equi virulence and needed an antibody against VapA. This mouse monoclonal antibody recognized the C-terminus of the protein perfectly in our Western Blot and ELISA assays. It is essential for our work on virulence associated proteins.
Excellent For IP
We used this antibody for Immunoprecipitation of the VapA protein. It worked efficiently, pulling down the target antigen from bacterial lysates. The antibody is robust and stable, making it a go-to reagent for our microbiology research group.
