Recombinant Rabbit anti-REPS2 monoclonal antibody for WB, IP, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Superior Western Blot Data
This Hi-Affi™ recombinant rabbit antibody provided superior results in our Western Blotting experiments compared to traditional hybridoma-derived options. The sensitivity was impressive, allowing us to detect endogenous levels of REPS2 in cell lysates. The absence of cell-line drift is a major advantage.
Robust Immunoprecipitation Tool
We used clone DS3050AB for immunoprecipitation assays to study protein complexes downstream of Ral. It pulled down the target protein efficiently. The recombinant production method really seems to enhance specificity, as we saw very few non-specific bands in the subsequent analysis.
