A, binding ability of 6C2 with RTA and RTA mutants are measured by ELISA. B, inhibition of RTA and RTA mutants enzymatic activities by 6C2. After RTA or RTA mutants were preincubated with (or without) 6C2 antibody, luciferase template mRNA was added to the rabbit reticulocyte lysates containing intact ribosomes. Validated For Neutralization
Clone 6C2 is a fantastic antibody for Ricin research. We validated it in neutralization and pull-down assays as suggested. It binds to native R. communis Ricin and effectively inhibits its activity in our functional models. The purity is excellent (>95%).
High Quality Recombinant Antibody
This recombinant mouse antibody expressed in CHO cells is of high quality. We used it for ELISA inhibition assays, and the data was very clean. It is a safe and reliable reagent for studying this toxic lectin in a controlled laboratory setting.
