Afuco™ Anti-Human S100B ADCC Recombinant Antibody, ADCC Enhanced (CAT#: AFC-526CL)
Anti-S100B ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The anti-S100B antibodies are used in a method for reducing airway hyper-response. Airway hyper-response ("AHR") is a characteristic feature of many airway diseases and consists of an abnormality of the airways that allows them to narrow too easily and/or too much in response to a stimulus. Respiratory diseases, associated with a variety of conditions, are extremely common in the general population. Airway hyperresponse is observed in particular in asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
