Anti-VZV gH Recombinant Antibody (Hu206) (CAT#: MRO-1156LC)

This product is a recombinant humanized anti-Varicella-zoster virus monoclonal antibody. Hu206 specifically binds to gH glycoprotein associated with VZV and can be potentially used in the treatment and diagnosis of Varicella-zoster virus infection.

Parental hu206 MAb (▾) was compared to hu206 scAb-14 (•) binding to VZV infected cells. Binding of hu206 MAb (▿) and scAb-14 (○) to uninfected cells was also tested.

The samples tested were hu206 MAb (▴), hu206 scAb-14 (•), scAb-5 (▾), scAb-0 (▪), scAb-14 pre-incubated with secondary antibody (○) and secondary antibody alone (□). Each point represents a mean of three replicates, and each experiment was performed in duplicate.

Antigen binding cell monolayer ELISA of proteolytically generated hu206 Fab fragments and whole MAb hu206. The samples tested were hu206 Fab (▾) and MAb (•) binding to VZV infected monolayers, and hu206 Fab (▿) and MAb (○) binding to uninfected monolayers.
