Great Fab Fragment Tool
Working with the Fab fragment of the Anti-ZKSCAN1 antibody (clone D574) has improved our IP-MS workflows significantly. By using the fragment, we avoided interference from the Fc region. It binds selectively to the folded domain (amino acids 50-140) of ZKSCAN1, which was exactly the specificity we required.
Precise Immunofluorescence
We used this Human Fab fragment for Immunofluorescence studies on ZKSCAN1 expression. The staining was sharp and localized correctly. Since it is an E. coli expressed recombinant antibody, the batch consistency is reliable. It is a specialized tool that works exactly as described for structural domain recognition.
