Recombinant Anti-EPCAM × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-EPCAM monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CD3. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can retarget of T cells to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of Breast cancer; Renal cell carcinoma.
