Recombinant Anti-MUC1 × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L055)
Recombinant Anti-MUC1 × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-MUC1 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CD3. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb is capable of targeting the tumor and recruiting T effector cells via binding to the CD3 subunit of the T cell receptor complex. It was designed for the treatment of breast cancer.
