CBD scaffold protein anti-Human β-galactosidase (CAT#: SCB-L057)
The cellulose binding domain that bound b-galactosidase was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, cellulose binding domain variants were identified having affinities for b-galactosidase as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
