EETI-II scaffold protein anti-Human Neutrophil elastase

The EETI-II that bound Neutrophil elastase was isolated from the library using mRNA display techonology. After affinity maturation, EETI-II variants were identified having affinities (KD=160 pM) for Neutrophil elastase as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
