LDTI scaffold protein anti-Human Thrombin (CAT#: SLD-L120)
The LDTI that bound Thrombin was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, LDTI variants were identified having affinities (KD=28 nM) for Thrombin as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
