Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression
Excellent For Histone Analysis
We tested this mouse monoclonal antibody to look at epigenetic markers in our rat tissue samples. It specifically binds to Pan Acetylation sites and gave us very distinct results in Western Blotting. We were able to clearly detect the Acetylated Histone band around 17 kDa as expected.

Works Well In Immunofluorescence
I tried this antibody for Immunofluorescence staining at a dilution of 1:100, and the signal was strong and specific. It is great that it reacts with multiple species like Human and Dog, which gives us flexibility in our lab. The Protein G purification quality seems very high.

Q&As

  1. What species does this antibody react with?

A: This Mouse Monoclonal antibody reacts with Pan Acetylation in Human, Mouse, Rat, and Dog species. It has not been tested in other species.

  2. What are the recommended dilutions for Western Blot and IF?

A: For Western Blot, we recommend a dilution of 1:500 to 1:5000. For Immunofluorescence (IF), the recommended dilution range is 1:20 to 1:200.
