PE-H-2Kb/LCMV gp34-41 (AVYNFATC) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC369)

This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of LCMV-derived peptide of AVYNFATC sequence covering 34-41 and H-2Kb molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes mouse CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

  • Lymphocytic choriomeningitis (LCM) is a rodent-borne viral infectious disease that presents as aseptic meningitis, encephalitis or meningoencephalitis. Its causative agent is the lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV), a member of the family Arenaviridae. The name was coined by Charles Armstrong in 1934.
