PE-H-2Kb/OVA (EIINFEKL) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC651)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of OVA-derived peptide of EIINFEKL sequence covering 257-264 and H-2Kb molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes mouse CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

Ovalbumin displays sequence and three-dimensional homology to the serpin superfamily, but unlike most serpins it is not a serine protease inhibitor. The function of ovalbumin is unknown, although it is presumed to be a storage protein.
