Reliable For ABCG1 Detection
Clone 26A12 has been a staple in our lipid homeostasis research. It works very well in ELISA for detecting Human ABCG1. The specificity for this ATP-binding cassette transporter allows us to accurately monitor macrophage cholesterol transport in our in vitro models.
Consistent Mouse Monoclonal
This mouse IgG1 antibody is robust and reliable. We obtained greater than 95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE. It has performed consistently in our enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, helping us characterize the expression of this white subfamily transporter protein.
