- Tap or briefly centrifuge the vial before opening, this will help pellet the entire antibody sample for reconstitution. For reconstitution, we recommend adding PBS (pH 7.4) to achieve a final antibody concentration of 0.5 mg/mL at room temperature. After the addition of buffer, recap vial and briefly vortex making sure that the liquid has been evenly distributed and has covered the entire inside of the vial.
- Storage
- Store at -20°C for 12 months from date of receipt. Store at -20°C for 6 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
