Clear Immunofluorescence Results
Investigating fusion proteins in cancer cells requires highly specific tools. We used this recombinant mouse antibody for Immunofluorescence staining, and it clearly highlighted the presence of the cancer fusion protein in our CHO cell expression system. The low background and high signal intensity made image analysis much easier for our team.
Effective in Functional Assays
Beyond just detection, we used this antibody in functional studies to observe the effects of blocking the fusion protein. The antibody is functional grade purified (azide-free), which is essential for live-cell experiments. It performed reliably, helping us elucidate the functional properties derived from the oncogenic fusion gene.
