Clear Nuclear Staining for TEAD4
We used this antibody for Immunofluorescence to visualize the TEAD4 transcription factor in skeletal muscle cells. It provided clear nuclear staining, consistent with the protein's role in gene regulation. The specificity for the TEA domain family member 4 was evident in our control experiments.
Reliable Western Blot Detection
This recombinant mouse antibody worked perfectly in Western Blot, detecting TEAD4 in human cell lysates. We observed a specific band corresponding to the expected size. It has been instrumental in our studies of the M-CAT regulatory element and muscle-specific gene expression.
