SH3 domain scaffold protein anti-Human SH3 domain of the Abelson tyrosine kinase (Abl-SH3). (CAT#: SST-L186)
The SH3 domain that bound SH3 domain of the Abelson tyrosine kinase (Abl-SH3). was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, SH3 domain variants were identified having affinities (KD=90 μM) for SH3 domain of the Abelson tyrosine kinase (Abl-SH3). as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
