SH3 domain scaffold protein anti-Human Pyk2 (CAT#: SST-L190)
The SH3 domain that bound Pyk2 was isolated from the library using Yeast Two-hybrid techonology. After affinity maturation, SH3 domain variants were identified having affinities for Pyk2 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
