Src homology domain 3 (SH3) scaffold protein anti-Human APTYPPPLPP (Abl-pep)

The Src homology domain 3 (SH3) that bound APTYPPPLPP (Abl-pep) was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, SH2 variants were identified having affinities for APTYPPPLPP (Abl-pep) as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
