Rabbit Anti-ACACA Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC9)

The Rabbit Anti-ACACA Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse ACACA. ACACA and ACACB encode forms of acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC), crucial for fatty acid synthesis. ACC-alpha, under diverse regulatory controls, is highly expressed in lipogenic tissues, while ACC-beta is believed to regulate fatty acid oxidation. Both forms have transcript variants for distinct isoforms. The anti-ACACA antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
