Mouse Anti-ACAD9 Recombinant Antibody (AC981)

The anti-ACAD9 recombinant antibody (AC981) reacts with human ACAD9. ACAD9 is a mitochondrial flavoprotein that functions primarily as an assembly factor for Respiratory Complex I in the electron transport chain. While it retains some acyl-CoA dehydrogenase activity, its main signaling role is coordinating mitochondrial bioenergetics. Mutations lead to severe Complex I deficiency and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The anti-ACAD9 antibody (AC981) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
