Mouse Anti-AGR3 Recombinant Antibody (AG835)

The anti-AGR3 recombinant antibody (AG835) reacts with human AGR3. AGR3 is a member of the protein disulfide isomerase family localized in the endoplasmic reticulum. It is involved in regulating ciliary beat frequency and protein maturation. AGR3 is a significant clinical biomarker for adenocarcinomas, particularly in breast cancer, where it is associated with estrogen receptor status. The anti-AGR3 antibody (AG835) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).
