Rabbit Anti-ANXA6 Recombinant Antibody (clone R07-7G6)

Clone R07-7G6 is a rabbit IgG recombinant monoclonal antibody that has been developed to detect human ANXA6 protein, a calculated weight of 76 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R07-7G6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution range 1:50-1:100), immunoprecipitation (dilution range 1:20).
