Mouse Anti-ARF6 Recombinant Antibody (AR551)

The anti-ARF6 recombinant antibody (AR551) reacts with human ARF6. ARF6 is a small GTPase regulating membrane trafficking and actin remodeling at the cell surface. It coordinates the recycling of endosomes and is a major driver of tumor invasion and metastasis by facilitating plasma membrane protrusions and vesicle shedding. The anti-ARF6 antibody (AR551) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
