Mouse Anti-ARID4B Recombinant Antibody (AR717)

The anti-ARID4B recombinant antibody (AR717) reacts with human ARID4B. ARID4B is a subunit of the mSin3A HDAC complex involved in epigenetic gene silencing. It acts as a scaffold for chromatin remodeling and is implicated in leukemia and breast cancer progression by modulating the expression of cell-cycle and metastatic genes. The anti-ARID4B antibody (AR717) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
