The Rabbit Anti-ARNTL Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat ARNTL. ARNTL, a basic helix-loop-helix protein, forms heterodimers with CLOCK to regulate circadian gene expression, with defects linked to various metabolic and sleep disorders, and several transcript variants identified. The anti-ARNTL antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/2000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
