Mouse Anti-ARRB1 Recombinant Antibody (clone Fab30) (CAT#: VS-0524-YC4)
Fab30 selectively recognizes and stabilizes an active βarr1 conformation induced by the binding of a phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the carboxyl terminus of the human vasopressin receptor (V2R). Fab30 also exhibited similar potentiation of βarr1-pERK2 (active ERK2) interaction.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Post Translation Modifications
- Constitutively phosphorylated at Ser-412 in the cytoplasm.
Ubiquitinated by MDM2; the ubiquitination is required for rapid internalization of ADRB2.
Deubiquitinated by USP33; the deubiquitination leads to a dissociation of the beta-arrestin-GPCR complex.
