CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-ATF6 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC74) (CAT#: VS13-YC74)
The CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-ATF6 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat ATF6. ATF6 encodes a transcription factor for the unfolded protein response, synthesized in the ER, acting as an ER stress sensor that translocates to the nucleus after proteolysis to activate chaperone gene expression, with polymorphisms linked to cholesterol levels. The anti-ATF6 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
