Mouse Anti-ATG13 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1113)

This product is an anti-ATG13 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human ATG13. ATG13 is a foundational subunit of the ULK1 initiation complex. Structurally, it serves as an adaptor that bridges the ULK1 kinase with FIP200. It is a direct target of mTORC1 and AMPK signaling; under nutrient-rich conditions, mTORC1 phosphorylates ATG13 to inhibit autophagy, whereas starvation triggers its dephosphorylation to activate the pathway. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC114 and VS-0326-YC115, directed against ATG13 were used for in vitro assays including Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
