Mouse Anti-ATG4A Recombinant Antibody (AT852)

The anti-ATG4A recombinant antibody (AT852) reacts with human ATG4A. ATG4A is a cysteine protease member of the "autophagin" family. It specifically processes the C-terminus of ATG8-family proteins (like GABARAP) to expose a glycine residue for conjugation. While less active than its 4B counterpart, it plays a specialized role in the dynamic regulation and recycling of specific GABARAP-mediated autophagic sub-pathways. The anti-ATG4A antibody (AT852) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
