This CHO Stable Cell Pool represents a genetically engineered Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell population specifically designed for the robust and consistent expression of recombinant LA-2. LA-2 is a Mouse monoclonal antibody that targets B. burgdorferi OspA. This cell pool was generated through the stable integration of genes encoding the heavy and light chains of LA-2 into the CHO genome, followed by selection and enrichment for high-expressing cells. This cell pool provides rapid production of research-grade antibodies for non-GLP preclinical studies.
