CBMC were treated with 10 ug/ml soluble T16 mAb (CD38) for 2 h in complete medium. CBMC were washed and stimulated with three plastic immobilized CD73 mAbs (1E9, 7G2, and AD2).mouse myeloma protein (FLOPC-21), 5 ug/ml of PHA, or plastic-immobilized OKT3 mAb (CD3; solid bars).
